Custom operations systems (ERP) for Hajj and Umrah operators
Bizonix builds custom operations systems (ERP) for Hajj and Umrah operators: bookings and packages, instalment payments, visa batches, sub-agent ledgers, pilgrim records and invoicing in one system. It starts with a one-week Admin Audit. Then one workflow goes live in 30 days, at a fixed price quoted after the audit.
Who is this for?
Hajj and Umrah operators whose work is spread across tools that don't talk to each other. Bookings arrive on WhatsApp. Invoices come from Word templates. Records live in Excel. Payments are written in a notebook. Closing the season means weeks of matching it all up.
It suits operators whose core work is the part general business software doesn't model: pilgrim groups, visa batches and sub-agent ledgers. More on the problems we solve for Hajj and Umrah operators.
Who is it not for?
If your processes are standard, such as accounting, inventory, HR and sales, and you have someone to configure and maintain a system, a standard tool like Odoo or ERPNext may fit you better. If a standard tool fits, we say so, and the Admin Audit is where that gets decided.
What's included?
We have built each of these for Hajj and Umrah work:
- Bookings and packages
- Instalment payments
- Visa batch tracking
- Documents and MOFA tracking
- Sub-agent ledgers
- Pilgrim records
- Invoicing with controlled invoice IDs
- A reporting dashboard
You don't get all of it at once. The audit decides which workflow comes first, and that one goes live in 30 days.
How does it work?
- The Admin Audit. A week spent finding where your team's hours go. You get a plain plan for what to fix first. If we can't find 10 hours a week, the audit is free.
- The 30-Day Build. We build one workflow and have it live in 30 days, at a fixed price. If it's late, we keep building free until it's live. You own the code, the data and the accounts.
- Keep Automating. Optional and monthly. We host the system, fix what breaks, and automate one more piece of admin each month. Cancel anytime. The system stays yours.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
The build is a fixed price, quoted after the Admin Audit. The audit fee is credited against the build, and the audit is free if we can't find 10 hours a week.

Has Bizonix built this before?
Yes. Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram, ran bookings across WhatsApp, Word templates and Excel. Every staff member invoiced differently, payments were kept in notebooks, and season close took about two weeks.
We built them a custom operations system covering bookings and packages, invoicing, payments, accounting and a reporting dashboard. It went live in early 2026. Invoice IDs are now controlled, everything sits in one place, and season close takes hours.
Season close used to take two weeks. Now it takes hours.

Our founder also built the software that runs his own organisation's five primary healthcare clinics in Chattogram. Finance reporting there went from about two weeks to one day. Read the clinic operations system case study.
Custom build, Odoo or ERPNext, or spreadsheets and WhatsApp?
| Custom build | Odoo or ERPNext | Spreadsheets and WhatsApp | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fits when | Your core workflow is one standard tools don't model, or you'd customise them so heavily that upgrades break | Your processes are standard (accounting, inventory, HR, sales) and you have someone to configure and maintain it | It's what you already have |
| Pilgrim groups, visa batches, sub-agent ledgers | Built around how you run them | Not modelled out of the box | Tracked by hand |
| Where the cost goes | The build, at a fixed price quoted after the Admin Audit | The licence is cheap; implementation is the real cost | Staff time. At Sijjil Travels, season close took about two weeks |
| Who maintains it | Us, on Keep Automating, or you | Someone you hire or train to configure and maintain it | Whoever keeps the files |

Questions
How much does a custom ERP for a Hajj or Umrah agency cost?
It is a fixed price, quoted after the Admin Audit, so you know the full cost before the build starts. The audit fee is credited against the build. If the audit can't find 10 hours a week to save, the audit is free.
How long does it take to go live?
One workflow goes live in 30 days. If it's late, we keep building free until it's live. After that, the optional Keep Automating plan adds one more piece of admin each month.
Who owns a system Bizonix builds?
You do: the code, the data and the accounts. If you cancel Keep Automating, the system stays yours.
Should we use Odoo or ERPNext instead?
Maybe. If your processes are standard, such as accounting, inventory, HR and sales, and you have someone to configure and maintain the system, Odoo or ERPNext can fit, and we will say so. A custom build makes sense when your core workflow is one they don't model, like pilgrim groups, visa batches and sub-agent ledgers.
Is this the same as Saela?
No. Saela is our Hajj and Umrah agency software, and it is in development. A custom operations system is built around one agency's own process. Sijjil Travels runs on a custom system we built, not on Saela.
What happens in the Admin Audit?
We spend a week finding where your team's hours go, then give you a plain plan for what to fix first. If a standard tool fits, the plan says so.
Do you work with agencies outside Bangladesh?
Yes. We are based in Chattogram (UTC+6), delivering remotely, with calls in Gulf and UK business hours and US mornings. We work with organisations in Bangladesh, Malaysia, the UK, the US, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia.
