I'm Sayeed. I started Bizonix after digitising my own clinics and seeing how much of an organisation's work is quietly lost in registers and WhatsApp.
I build for the organisations I know from the inside. There is a gap between Excel and big-company software, and most of them live in it. We build the system that fits: small enough to match how you work, strong enough to carry the load.

How much does Bizonix cost?
Every build is a fixed price, quoted after the Admin Audit and agreed before we start. The audit is a small fixed fee, credited in full against your build, and free if we cannot find you 10 hours a week. No day rates, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. If the scope changes, the price changes before the work, never after.
How long does a Bizonix build take?
One workflow goes live in 30 days. If it is late, we keep building free until it is live. After that, most clients ask us to automate the next thing through Keep Automating, but there is no obligation. The build stands on its own.
Has Bizonix built a system for a Hajj and Umrah operator?
Yes. Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram, runs bookings and packages, invoicing, payments, accounting and reporting on a system Bizonix built. It went live in early 2026, and season close went from about two weeks to hours.
Should we buy off-the-shelf software instead?
Sometimes you should. If a $30-a-month tool fits how you work, the audit will say so, and you will save a lot of money. We build when no tool fits: when your process is what makes you money, and forcing it into a template would break it.
Our process is a mess. Is that a problem?
A messy process is the normal starting point. That is why the audit comes first. We map how the work really flows, untangle it with you, and build the system around the clean version. The software fits you. You never bend around it.
Who owns the system Bizonix builds?
You do. The code, the data and the accounts are yours. If you ever cancel Keep Automating, the system keeps running, and you can export everything whenever you want.
Who actually does the work?
The founder leads every project, working with a small group of trusted contractors. No account managers. No handing you off. The person on the call is the person responsible for your system.
Does Bizonix work with organisations outside Bangladesh?
Yes. We are based in Chattogram (UTC+6) and deliver remotely, with calls in Gulf and UK business hours and US mornings. We work with organisations in Bangladesh, Malaysia, the UK, the US, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Australia. Our location is why the maths works: senior quality at a cost that lets us promise fixed prices and free-until-live.
