Bizonix: a technology studio for Muslim-led organisations

Bizonix builds websites, operations systems and AI automation for Muslim-led organisations: Hajj and Umrah operators, Islamic schools and learning platforms, and halal brands. Founded in 2026 by Sayeed Iftekhar, it is based in Chattogram, Bangladesh, and delivers remotely. Work starts with a one-week Admin Audit, then a build at a fixed price.

What is Bizonix?

Bizonix builds websites, operations systems and AI automation for Muslim-led organisations: Hajj and Umrah operators, Islamic schools and learning platforms, and halal brands.

We build custom systems for clients, and we make two products of our own: Saela, software for Hajj and Umrah agencies, and Taleem Central, an Islamic study app. Both are on our products page.

Who runs Bizonix?

Bizonix is run by its founder, Sayeed Iftekhar, working with contractors.

Sayeed is also Deputy Chief Executive of IMAGE Social Welfare Organisation, his own organisation, which runs five primary healthcare clinics in Chattogram on software he built himself. In his words:

I started Bizonix after digitising my own clinics and seeing how much of an organisation's work is quietly lost in registers and WhatsApp. I build for the organisations I know from the inside, and I tell clients when a better process would serve them more than new software.

How does working with Bizonix work?

There are three steps.

  1. The Admin Audit. We spend a week finding where your team's hours go, then give you a plain plan. If we can't find 10 hours a week, the audit is free. If you go ahead, the audit fee is credited against the build.
  2. The 30-Day Build. We take one workflow and have it live in 30 days, at a fixed price quoted after the audit. If it's late, we keep building free until it's live. You own the code, the data and the accounts.
  3. Keep Automating. An optional monthly plan. We host the system, fix what breaks, and automate one more piece of admin each month. Cancel anytime. The system stays yours.

If a standard tool fits your problem, we say so.

For Hajj and Umrah operators, this is how we build custom operations systems, and this is what we build for Hajj and Umrah operators.

What have we built?

  • Sijjil Travels. A custom operations system for a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram, covering bookings and packages, invoicing, payments, accounting and a reporting dashboard. It went live in early 2026. Season close went from about two weeks to hours. Read the Sijjil Travels case study.
  • IMAGE clinics. Sayeed built an electronic health record with finance and inventory modules for his own organisation's five clinics. It runs at all five sites, and finance reporting went from about two weeks to one day. Read the clinic operations system case study.
  • Saela. Our Hajj and Umrah agency software. It is in development. Visit Saela's website.
  • Taleem Central. An Islamic study app that uses spaced repetition for Islamic texts. It has been live on the web since July 2026. Visit Taleem Central's website.

Everything is collected on our work page.
