Project agreements: All client engagements are governed by a written project agreement that defines scope, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and ownership of outputs.
Payment: Payment terms are defined per project. Late payments may result in suspension of work or support services.
Data: Client data input into systems built by Bizonix remains the property of the client at all times. Upon termination of an engagement, clients may request a full data export.
Confidentiality: Bizonix treats all client business information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
The Bizonix website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Bizonix does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any information on the Site is complete, accurate, or current.
