Case studies: systems Bizonix has built
These are the systems Bizonix and its founder have built: a custom operations system for Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram, software for five primary healthcare clinics, and our own products, Saela and Taleem Central. Each case study says what was built, why, and where it stands today.
Every case study here is our own work, told plainly. Where something is still in development, we say so.
How five primary healthcare clinics cut finance reporting from two weeks to one day
IMAGE Social Welfare Organisation, our founder's own organisation, runs five primary healthcare clinics in Chattogram that see more than 100,000 patients a year. Sayeed Iftekhar built its software: an electronic health record with finance and inventory modules, used at all five sites. Finance reporting fell from about two weeks to one day.
Why Bizonix is building Saela, software for Hajj and Umrah agencies
Saela is Bizonix's operations software for Hajj and Umrah agencies, an Umrah ERP. It is in development and not yet available. It draws on what we learned building a custom operations system for Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram. Sijjil runs on its own custom system, not on Saela.
How Sijjil Travels closes a Hajj season in hours
Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram, ran bookings across WhatsApp, Word templates and Excel, and kept payments in notebooks. Bizonix built them a custom operations system for bookings and packages, invoicing, payments, accounting and reporting. It went live in early 2026, and season close now takes hours instead of about two weeks.
Taleem Central: an Islamic study app built on spaced repetition
Taleem Central is an Islamic study app made by Bizonix. It uses spaced repetition to help people learn and keep Islamic texts. It launched on the web in July 2026, is run as a waqf, and its core features are free. It is one of our own products, not a client project.
