Why Bizonix is building Saela, software for Hajj and Umrah agencies

Saela is Bizonix's operations software for Hajj and Umrah agencies, an Umrah ERP. It is in development and not yet available. It draws on what we learned building a custom operations system for Sijjil Travels, a Hajj and Umrah operator in Chattogram. Sijjil runs on its own custom system, not on Saela.

What is Saela?

Saela is our operations software for Hajj and Umrah agencies, an Umrah ERP. It has its own website at saela.travel.

Why build a product as well as custom systems?

Building Sijjil Travels' system showed us what a Hajj and Umrah operator's work looks like from the inside: bookings and packages, instalment payments, visa batches, sub-agent ledgers, pilgrim records and a season close that has to happen on time. Saela is our way of putting what we learned into software an agency can use without commissioning a build of its own.

Is Saela available now?

Not yet. Saela is in development. Follow its progress on Saela's website.

Does Sijjil Travels use Saela?
